[Rice Cake Soup Recipe]

  • Add 1.5 teaspoons of broth soy sauce to 1.5 cups of water and boil
  • When the broth boils, put 4 oz of rice cake (about 1/3 of package) and 3-5 Korean dumplings
  • When the broth boils again, add 1 (beaten) egg and scallions
  • When the egg is fully cooked, remove from the heat and serve immediately
