[Onion Pickle Recipe]

  • Ingredients: 7oz (200g) cut onion, 1/3 cup (80ml) NITSUA soy sauce
  • Place all ingredients in a clean, sterilized glass container and store in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours
  • For longer storage, optionally add 1 teaspoon wine
  • The soy sauce in pickles can be used as a dipping sauce, dressing, marinade, or seasoning for rice, meat, fish and vegetable dishes
