[Instructions]

  • Transfer the contents of the bag to a pot 
  • Add 4 cups of low sodium broth or water
  • [Option] Add fish cake, tofu, beef, pork shoulder, sausages, scallions etc. 
  • Bring the pot to a boil over medium heat and once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low medium and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until all ingredients are fully cooked
  • To adjust the saltiness, adjust the amount of water or add sea salt
  • Serve hot with a bowl of medium/short grain rice
