[Recipe for 3 Unadon]

  • Udaon (aka Unagi Don) is a Japanese rice dish topped with grilled eel and unagi sauce
  • What you need: 3 large Donburi bowls, 1LB steamed white rice, whole unagi kabayaki (BBQ eel), NITSUA soy sauce, (option) sushi ginger
  • Fill each bowl with 5.3oz of rice and top with one third of the eel
  • Serve with sushi ginger and NITSUA soy sauce (see picture)
